How we handle complaints
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days of receipt. We aim to provide a substantive response within 10 working days. If a complaint is complex and requires more time, we will keep you informed of progress.
Complaints relating to clinical care or dispensing are reviewed by our Responsible Pharmacist or Superintendent Pharmacist. Complaints relating to other aspects of our service are reviewed by the relevant team member with oversight from the Superintendent Pharmacist where appropriate.
All complaints are recorded confidentially and used to review and improve our service.
If you are not satisfied with our response
If you have raised a concern with us and you are not satisfied with our response, or if you would prefer to raise your concern with an independent body, you can contact the General Pharmaceutical Council:
